Blog Addict - Yes, I Need Help

Got two miles in today. The Y has a lot of cool free exercise activities that I am thinking about joining. Of course, one must have time for all of those extra curricular activities. We shall see.

I have been reading up on everyone. There are a total of 25 blogs that I read daily. Thank goodness not everyone posts daily or I would be in some serious trouble. Of course, there are some I am addicted to. It's like drinking a cup of coffee each morning or reading the newspaper every day. Some people just can't get through their day without it. Know what I mean?

Maybe I am an addict. What do you think?

It helps to pace yourself. I went through this myself and realised it was taking too much time, since I need time to do my serious writing stuff, and the subs for the writing group. What I've done is make groups, some ppl are "daily dose", some are strictly once a week. This works for me.

Of course, I know what you mean. I try to limit myself to mornings before work or before I go to bed. I'll get on sometimes and say, OK, I'll stay on for 30 minutes. Then I'll look again and an hour will have passed. There's just not enough time in the day to do all that we want. A few of the bloggers that I read have stopped writing for that reason. I guess it's all a matter of balance. See..one more thing we all have in common.

OMG. We so need to hang together! I read up on the blogs while I'm watching TV...which I don't do too much of anway. But lately? I'm finding myself getting bummed out when there's no new posts.

crazy, I tell you. It's not like there's not laundry or dusting to do!

congrats on the 2 miles!

I too am an addict and I blame Andrew; I came upon his blog just clicking "next blog" one day and that was all she wrote; now I visit quite a few friends of his everyday as well. Its fun! I enjoy yours as well. Have a great weekend!

I too am addicted. I'm starving and I need to be applying for jobs, but I just updated my own blogs and can't stop looking to see what everyone else is up to.

Worse still, if I'm not blogging, I'm gaming online or on a console.

If you enjoy it and it doesn't have a negative effect on other parts of your life or the people in your life then why not?

What a great way to get all your blogging friends together! We could write a book. Or, how about a group blog?

Hi abbagirl! I know what you mean. It seems that the more I blog and read blogs the more Iam addicted to it myself.

There are worse things than being addicted to blogs. Trust me on that.

And a big AMEN to trying to find time to do all the things we want to do.

Dang.

Hi.
