Six Down, Ten To Go

Well, I didn't get all of my Christmas shopping done. I did get two families completely bought for. My nephew (sister's baby) is done. We bought him three wooden puzzles and enough clothes to last until next Christmas. He is wearing 2T now.

My kid's cousins from St. Louis are bought for. The oldest will be receiving a football. The second child will get a soccer ball. The third is getting a Barbie with accessories. The fourth child will be receiving about 10 Hot Wheels cars. And the baby of the group will be receiving a toy car that makes noise and two sippy cups. I figured $15-$20 for each child is my budget. Now we only have Josh's family and some of our friends. Anyway, looks like we have six boys and four girls left to buy for. I can't wait for it to be over!

Okay, so two posts in one day. You're lucky. I will be pretty busy for the rest of this week, so I may only be able to put up a quick post. I also need to send Christmas cards to those of you who were so kind to leave your address. Yeah! Hope everyone had a great weekend!

Glad you got some shopping done. I still haven't started. UH OH! Don't work too hard this week and it was a real treat getting two posts from you today. Made my day to know you are okay.

Stay safe on the roads, abbagirl.

That is a nice picture.

You accomplished a lot. This year my list is shorter, and that's good.

Have a great Monday!

I went shopping as well ... I think I spent more on myself than I did on others! I gotta get more into the Christmas spirit! :-)

good for you! $15-20 is my budget too... i really wanted to do a 'buy nothing' christmas, and just focus on Jesus being born... but the rest of my fam. wanted presents :) and they're nice too. love you! em.

I don't know what to get people for xmas. Maybe, I'll get everyone the usual favorite holiday gift--fruit cakes!
