I'm so sorry. I don't think it's hard to read between the lines of what you wrote. I hope you can work this out. That sick feeling is the worst. I'm here for you too.

I've read a few poems this week, maybe because it is post-Valentines Day. (I could've written a few myself, if I wasn't writing short fiction). Hope things work out, Abba. Thanks for posting on my blog today, its gotten warmer. Not quite your temperature, but closing. One crazy February, huh? Be well.

I hate that sick in the stomach feeling. I think we've all felt that way. As a somewhat outsider who has not been reading your blog until very recently, it may be a little bit harder for me to read between the lines because I dont know what your life situation is. Having said that, my advice is to step back for a moment and realistically decide if what you saw changes anything. If it does, then you already know what you must do. If it doesn’t then there’s no point to hold on to it and may as well let it go.

It takes a while to work through trust issues! But it is possible. Hang in there and talk to people you can trust.

That "sick feeling" is your intuition telling you something is not right. You need to trust in yourself.

There are many things we witness that we cannot do anything about.

In the end, all you can is take care of the things you have the ability to change.

Look after yourself and your family, if there is room left and it is possible, then help others as well, but some things are beyond your ability to save.

I don't know if I can help, But you know I am here if I can. Sometimes just a vent to a friend can make things better.

Later Y'all

Trust yourself and your instincts first. As for the rest: what is, is. You'll get through it if you trust yourself.

Just take care of you!

Just checking back in. Are things any better? You were probably working today. Does that help? I know it's a big distraction for me when I have things weighing me down.
