Usual Sunday Off

Worlds of Fun was great. We only stayed for four hours. I was glad to get back home. Got a little sun and the trip was nice.

I have been dealing with some issues I am having with the kid. He has been sighing out loud quite a bit, talking back a little, and just not listening to me. He seems to forget to do the simplest of tasks, like shutting the front door. Maybe it's me. I just find it annoying.

Hope you all had a great weekend. Mine was good. I am getting ready to start some laundry. I put a roast in the slow cooker this morning. We are having roast with baby new potatoes, carrots, and onions. Yummy!

Catch you all later!

Dinner sounds yummy! Sorry your kid is acting out a little. I'm sure it's just a phase. I remember being a bit of a pain in the ass to my parents. Enjoy the rest of your Sunday.

Yup, your kid is being a ...kid. Hormones, etc... There will be good and bad times ahead. One day at a time and you'll be fine. Be glad you don't have a 13 year old daughter with a steady boyfriend!

Em liked your comment. So did I.

Ah yes, kids. I always would say, 'if children are a gift from God..could I exchange mine for a sweater or something?'
you'll get through it.
Can I come for dinner? Yummy
Take care and thanks for dropping by my blog. i appreciate it!

"baby new potatoes", that is probably better then having old babies. :)

Ack, kids these days! My niece and nephews are quite the troublemakers right now. Two of them have even gotten expelled from school for fighting.

Being Ulster Irish and German, our family has a notorious temper. I used to be quite the door slammer in my preteen years.
