Off To See Mom And Dad

I am headed to my parents house today. I plan on staying until tomorrow. The kid and I are getting away from the city and going "home" to enjoy the low-key life of my parents. They live about a mile outside of Great Bend. Can't wait.

I know my mom is probably cooking up a storm. My sister and my nephew will be there. I can't wait to see everyone. My brother will probably stay home or hang out with his girlfriend.

Anyway, if I don't post until tomorrow evening or Monday morning, you know why. Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Have fun at your parent's house. I wish I could sample some of your mother's Korean cuisine. My mouth just waters thinking about it. Going to miss you until you write again. Take care, Abbagirl!

You've been crazy busy lately. Won't it feel good to let your mom take over for a meal? Relax and enjoy. You deserve it.

Korean? Another glean? I love learning about you in pieces! Love it! I'm happy for your excitement at going home, getting out of the big city. I miss the family dinners we had every Sunday. What exactly is "merchandising?" If it's what I imagine, I think I would like that job.
