I have a huge headache this morning. Don't know where it came from. Maybe I slept wrong. I went to bed at 9:30 last night. I was so tired!

Another day another dollar. I will post more this evening.

Hope you took something to make that headache go away.
I'm looking forward to being in my cool salon all day. It's so hot outside! 'See you tonight!'

That's a miserable way to wake up. I hope it gets better---I was tired last night, too, but old age for me...you can't use that excuse!

ach. I think mine is from not drinking enough water. Try that with a couple of tylenol or something.

Feel better soon chicka!

I am stuck with a bloody headache too! One thing I can tell u, caffeine is totally over rated, had been no help at all with my headache!

Maybe your body is telling you that you need more rest. :) I get headaches for lots of reasons, but one of the most noticable is when the temperature changes dramatically, either hot or cold.

Upon your inspiration and a few others, I had posted pics of two of my dinners on sunday (one post back).

Hope you're feeling better!!
Have a cup of coffee or something with caffeine. Take a hand towel and lightly wet it, ring it out and if you have scented lavender put a drop on it,.stick it in the microwave for 10secs or until warm temp,..lay down, put it over your eyes for 5minutes.
(if you don't have scents, that's fine..do it without)
Always,
Crusty~
hope you feel better.

hmmm, after reading your most recent post, I have an idea where your headache came from.
Severe stress.
You're afraid of death, and here it confronts you through the form of a coworker.
I hope you're feeling better. :(
Always,
Crusty~
