Good morning. It is a chilly 47 degrees as I sit here and eat my hot bowl of cream of wheat. It has been raining for two days straight. I love this weather. Call me crazy, but I love it.

Work is going well. Yesterday was our weekly Monday conference call, which took us almost two hours. Then, I had lunch with Josh. We went to Cinnamon's Deli. They have the best soup bowls there. I always get a half sandwich with a cup of soup. Yumm-O!

After lunch I headed over to one of my smaller stores. This store has shown great sales increases and is doing a fantastic job in my departments! Business is good for them. After that store visit I had to head over to the west side for a zone meeting with my boss. There is usually five of us, but only two of us were able to attend. It lasted almost three hours! I headed home after that.

The weather was very cool yesterday, so I decided to make some comfort food for dinner. I made homemade mac and beef with shredded mozzarella cheese baked on top. We also had yummy pieces of garlic bread to dip it up with. Very good comfort food.

I watched Heroes and Chuck last night. Both shows are awesome.

Well, gotta get to work. Have a great day!

Send that weather over here!

I'm making a pot of Hungarian stew today to bring on the cooler weather... it's chock full of seasoned pork cabbage and tomatoes.

Kinda like a rain dance...LOL!

I like the rain once in a while because in my mind it gives me an excuse not to do anything.

Oh, I'm tired of the rain. I want some sunny fall days before winter gets here. But, your talk of comfort food got me thinking about dinner..I think i'll make chili. yum!

And I LOVE Cinnamons! I used to go there for lunch all the time, but since I changed jobs, I haven't been in a long time. I may need a trip over there soon!

I am so jealous. I wanted to watch Chuck and Heroes but couldn't because I had to once again do homework. Luckily Josh recorded it so hopefully I'll get to watch it later... like next summer.
It's cold and rainy here too and it makes me want to cuddle which makes me sad because my cuddling partner is 1500 miles away right now... oh well... just another month!

I love the weather too. It's cold and sunny and that crispness of autumn is definetly here. The sky is clear at night so that big bright full moon shines down and makes me antsy.

I love cream of wheat, though I haven't had it in ages. I like it with butter and salt. A little cream on top would be good too.

Sounds like things are going well with you and I'm glad.

Happy almost day after hump day.

I liked the 1st season of Heroes except for the finale. The second season of Heroes sucked. The third season is kinda sloppy. I don't understand why Peter and Hiro can't just go back in time to fix things when they have those powers. I guess it's best not to overanalyze the show. You just have to sit back and veg out.
