Good morning! I am off today. Sort of. I have been sending out emails left and right. Hope you're having a good day.
The agenda today is to go shopping! We are buying some curtains for friends of ours who just bought a new home. They are coming over for dinner tomorrow. I have no idea yet what I will be preparing. Maybe we will grill. We'll see.
I have already been tested on my resolution to be more tolerant of others. Yesterday proved interesting at work. It aggravates me to no end when people don't hold up their end of the bargain. I hate it when people make excuses. Chaps the hide sometimes, you know!
Enough about that. I think I am taking down the Christmas decor today. I want my house back! lol... I am ready to put out Valentine's stuff. Oh, wait. You're probably wondering, "Is she one of those people?"
Yes, I am. I love all the holidays. If I get a chance to decorate, I will. If I am not too tired, of course.
Catch you all later.

It is just too cold right now to grill here (or use the smoker) but I'm hoping the warm-up they're promising for the weekend comes true.
I'm right there with you on the "holding up your end of the bargain" thing. Hang in there!!!
Hey holiday lover!
I used to love holidays. Now I don't. I'm a party pooper I guess.
I agree with you about people holding up their ends of the bargain too. People should keep their promises.
Hey girl!! Have a wonderful time shopping and spending time with friends.
I have today off also and may go into town later to spend my gift card. I need new towels.
See ya later
I am glad you had a good holiday! Let me be the first to wish you Happy Valentines! :-)
I think you are a bundle of energy on overdrive. I'm impressed. Enjoy it all! Happy New Year!
I agree, it excuses are frustrating to hear. At least you are putting forth an honest effort at tolerance:) I hope it was a good day off!
Just remember that the only person's behavior that you can control is your own. Hope you enjoyed shopping! I'm jealous.
Did you get nice curtains?
Yes, I know some ppl can be atrocious, shrug.
