Melting Away

Our small part of the world is starting to melt. Many will be without power up to Saturday. My boss is without power and has been since Monday evening. My city is fine. Go half an hour west and you are in another world. It is starting to melt. I feel bad for those who are living in the cold.

My conference call for work is over. I am going to get my list together and head out to do some shopping. For dinner, I think I am going to make smothered beef burritos with sour cream and homemade guacamole. Yumm-O!

I'll catch up with all of you on a later post. Have a great day!

Good to know you're alright. I'm thinking of those left without power too.
Dinner sounds delicious! What time should we arrive? ;) I bet you get that one a lot don't you?

We lost power last night. Thankfully the Co-op was on it and we had power back by 1 am

We keep hearing about how bad it is there and wonder about those without power.

Abbagurl,

The weather is uncertain now. Here in Rabat, it is winter but I feel like it is spring and sometimes even like in summer.

One of the few things on the list that I don't miss about Kansas. I can remember quite a few of those storms over the years.

Keep warm and safe and drive carefully.

Later Y'all.
