Cinci - Here I Come

I am so glad it's Friday! I have the day off. WooHoo! There is plenty to do today. The exterminator is coming to kill the nest of ants we found in the shed. I have about five loads of laundry to do. The living room needs a good cleaning. And the kitchen floor needs mopped. Along with all of this, I need to clean out my car.

Well, it looks like I have a job interview! I am going to Cinci on Thursday and will return Friday evening. I am kind of excited about it. My bosses aren't so happy. Oh well.

The kid is now on summer vacation. He slept in today until eight. I think he went to bed somewhere around one in the morning. I am putting that to a stop now. The kid will not be staying up all hours of the night and then sleeping all day. Not now, not until he is out of the house!

Okay, so I need to get going and catch up with all of you! Hope you have a wonderful weekend.

I should've made myself clearer (but come to think about it, it works either ways). This will take a long explanation. But what my older friend told me was his mantra of how one should relate to other people: friends, relatives etc (and not oneself). Friends and relatives are sources of happiness and unhappiness because of the expectations we have. Regarding not judging people, most millionaires in the US are everyday people who don't drive fancy and live humbly. Plumbers, electricians, construction workers probably make more money then the more respectable office jobs.

I got a chuckle out of 8:00 being sleeping in, on vacation. My thoughts on it are the longer mine sleeps, the less time she's 'alone' at home. I hate that she has so much free time in the summer. I miss the days of camp.

How was the interview?
